Tech degree with specialization in various fields like Power System, Control System, Power Electronics, Energy Technology etc. The academic strength of the department is reflected by the excellent performance of its present and former students, many of who are top rank holders in Ranchi University, Kolhan University.

B.Tech for Working Professionals, offered by RVSCET, is a three-year part-time evening program affiliated with Jharkhand Technical University.
