What fun is life without sports? After all, sport is a preserver of health. The Institute hosts an annual three-day Sports Festival, Frolic, featuring competition in different indoor and outdoor sports like Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Athletics etc.
The Institute organizes Cultural Fests that showcases the culture adopted by the students. Every year, college adopts a particular theme and organizes various events related to it. The entire campus is dressed accordingly. It is the flagship event of the college, and is open to students from all the nearby colleges, thus providing a great opportunity to mingle and network with others from various walks of life. Various Bollywood Celebrities and Rock Bands give their appearance in the Cultural Fests, thereby making it the liveliest part of the entire year.
It is our objective to enhance the skills, apart from imparting quality education, thereby leading to the holistic development of our students. Workshops are conducted on a regular basis to make instill right kind of professional attitude and make them Industry ready. Some of the workshops conducted are: Robotics, MATLAB, Soft Skills Training, Personality Development etc.
The Institute provides Industrial Visits to give a practical hands-on learning for better understanding of work processes and business functions. This aids as a value added learning method for the students. This also helps broaden the outlook of students with exposure to different workforces from different industries, thereby helping them in networking with the people in the Corporate. The companies where the students visit are Tata Steel, Tata Motors, TIMKEN and many more.
The Institute follows 1:1 mentoring by subject matter expert faculties for the overall development of the students.
Transport facilities are provided to the students on weekends where they take a tour of the beautiful city, Jamshedpur, and spend their time by shopping, running errands, or however they think fit.
