The second day of the annual sports meet “Frolic-2025” was celebrated with great enthusiasm at RVS College of Engineering & Technology. The program was graced by Mr. Sameer Mohanty, MLA from Bahragora, as the Chief Guest. The distinguished guests on the occasion included renowned social worker Mr. Mahavir Murmu and Mr. Munna Hota, Up-Pramukh of Bahragora Block.

Present on the dais along with the Chief Guest were Mr. Binda Singh, Chairman, RVS Educational Trust; Mr. Bharat Singh, Secretary; Mr. Shatrudhan Singh, Treasurer; Mr. Shakti Singh, Member, Governing Body; Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, Principal; and Prof. (Dr.) Vikram Sharma, Head of Training and Placement.

The Chief Guest, Mr. Sameer Mohanty, was felicitated with a shawl and memento by Chairman Mr. Binda Singh. Secretary Mr. Bharat Singh honored Mr. Mahavir Murmu with a shawl and memento, while Treasurer Mr. Shatrudhan Singh presented a memento to Mr. Munna Hota.

While welcoming the guests, Secretary Mr. Bharat Singh appreciated the initiatives taken by Mr. Sameer Mohanty toward inclusive social development and extended his best wishes for a bright future. Addressing the students, Chief Guest Mr. Mohanty emphasized that India has a rich and ancient tradition of knowledge and learning. He urged students to make sincere and dedicated efforts to preserve this legacy, stating that such commitment is essential for India to compete with developed nations. The Chief Guest also distributed certificates, medals, and trophies to the winners of the day’s sporting events.
