Chief Guest Shri Ranjan stated that at the primary level, we must develop innovative activity-based learning methods for children. Much work has already been done in this field, but more focused efforts are still needed. At the primary education level, the department drafts new schemes, which are implemented on the ground by district and block-level education officers through school teachers. Hence, everyone associated with education, at any level, must work together in alignment.
