A blood donation camp was successfully organized at RVS College of Engineering and Technology in collaboration with MGM Medical College and Hospital. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, staff members, and trainees of the skill development center located on the college campus. The initiative aimed to promote awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and encourage social responsibility among the youth.

The camp was inaugurated by Mr. Binda Singh, Chairman of the RVS Educational Trust. Financial support for the event was extended by HDFC Bank, Mango Branch. Several distinguished guests were present during the inauguration ceremony, including Trust Treasurer Mr. Shatrughan Singh, Governing Body Member Mr. Shakti Singh, and Head of the Blood Donation Department at MGM, Dr. B.V.K. Chaudhary. Representatives from HDFC Bank, namely Sahil Raj Singh, Imam Khan, and Prabhat Bhaskar, also attended the program.

All guests were warmly welcomed by the college Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Kumar Tiwari. The blood donation drive continued throughout the day and successfully collected 142 units of blood. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Shatrughan Singh highlighted that blood donation is one of the noblest forms of service to humanity, as it helps save countless lives. He also assured that such social initiatives would continue in the future.

The success of the camp was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the organizing committee members, faculty, volunteers, and students. All blood donors were presented with gifts and nutritious refreshments. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Training and Placement Head, Prof. (Dr.) Vikram Sharma.
