Overview

The Department of Mechanical engineering started operating since the inception of the college in 2004. It has an intake capacity of 120 students. The vision of department is to “Develop excellent Mechanical Engineers to excel in various functional areas in industries and academia to contribute for the well being of the society”. To achieve the vision we pursue the mission to impart quality education integrating courses with Ethics and Human values, provide a learning environment, regular full classes and disciplined culture, facilities for training in workshop and laboratories and to make them understand the concept through applications, experiments in laboratories, workshop, conventional and non conventional projects. The Department has well-equipped laboratories with the latest equipment and computational facilities. We provide high-quality resources for all students of this branch as well as other branches in the field and domain of Mechanical Engineering & Technology. The Department has a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members with rich academic and industrial experience in various fields of Mech. Engineering from reputed institutions and leading industries along with trained supporting staff.
