The first and foremost thing that stood out for me right from the word go was the professionalism of the entire placement team and the process that they helped me go through. I did not have a campus hiring team at that time. And even though we were here in Delhi and the students were there, the seamless way with which the placements team coordinated all the interactions, tests, and the humongous amount of to and fro, despite how disorganized we were, was just beautiful. The second thing that happened after that was just the sheer kind of example set by the first batch of LPU in our campus, in our team. Here was a bunch of young people who not only had competence, but also displayed that rarest skill of humility and hard work.
